Master Demo was reasonable in price, fast and professional. I didn't bother shopping other quotes, they came and completed the job fast. Exactly what I was looking for. Did I mention they were fast?

We hired Master Demolition to demo and remove a low concrete block landscape wall in our backyard. The concrete footing was bigger than anticipated, but they did a great job at removing it and cleaning up before they left.
We would definitely consider hiring them again if/when another project comes up.

Felipe and his team did a fantastic job demolishing and filling in my pool. From start to finish, the entire process went smoothly—Felipe provided a clear quote, handled the permit application, managed the demolition, coordinated inspections, and completed the backfill and compaction with proper documentation.
Although we mostly communicated over the phone and didn’t meet in person until the final day, I always felt the project was in good hands. His replies were sometimes a bit slow, likely because he’s often out on job sites, and there were a few delays due to city inspections—but everything was done properly and professionally.
Overall, a great experience with a hardworking and reliable team. I highly recommend Felipe for any demolition or pool removal work.
